EUBREN, the European Biomass Research Network gets closer to its full operating stage with the launching of its own website. http://www.eubren.com/ contains all the information regarding this EUBIA initiative, its members, activities and latests developments in the field. Moreover, it shall storage and disseminate the newest academic researches published by its members.
At the moment, 23 leading academic centres from 17 different EU Member States constitute EUBREN’s founding members. New incorporations to the Network are expected since EUBIA is still receiving and evaluating applications from different universities all around the EU.
EUBREN will actively work on new “Research-for-industry” projects focused on the development of advanced technologies and strategies. The Network will therefore foster synergies among its members and with the industry in order not only to reach breaking research advanced but also to easily commercialize them. Furthermore, as the Network of leading academic centres in the field of biomass research, EUBREN shall play an essential role as a disseminator of knowledge and good practice and making biomass research alive in public debate.
